HOW MUCH IS REQUIRED TO BOOK?

- We require 50% down at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is charged to your card automatically 30-60 days (depending of which property) prior to check-in. Minimum age to book is 25.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

-You may cancel up to 30 days (or 60 days prior for the Holly Jolly Cabin) prior to check in and receive a full refund.

IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

-We will place a "hold" on your credit card 24 hours prior to check-in for $300 (or $500 for Holly Jolly).  This is a security hold, we do not charge your card unless damages occur.  The hold is released 24-48 hours after check-out pending no damage.

DO YOU PROVIDE SHEETS, TOWELS, AND KITCHEN ITEMS?

-YES!  All of our cabins are FULLY EQUIPPED for your vacation.  We provide all bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, pool towels (if applicable), shampoo, body wash, conditioner and much more.  After booking, you will receive an email with a link to everything we provide.

CAN I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD AFTER BOOKING, OR USE MULTIPLE CARDS FOR PAYMENTS?

-For the initial 50% of the reservation it is best to use one card.  After booking, you will be provided with a secure payment link where you may change the credit card you are using, or make multiple payments from different cards.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

-Holiday Springs, Cowboy Corral and Hillsong Heaven allow up to two dogs, maximum weight 50 lbs. for a non-refundable pet fee of $150.  We require pets to be in a secure crate if left alone in the cabin. We do not allow cats, or other types of pets. Pets are not allowed at Cadillac Creek, or Holly Jolly Christmas Cabin.

DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING?

-We do not allow smoking inside any of our cabins.  Smoking is allowed outside on the decks only if the windows and doors are closed.

WHICH CABINS HAVE A POOL?

-Cadillac Creek, Hillsong Heaven and Cowboy Corral offer a community pool that is open seasonally.

-Holiday Springs offers a private indoor pool in a separate pool house located on the property.

-Holly Jolly offers public pools in nearby Blairsville during the summer season.

DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT?

-With proof of active military service, we offer a small discount, please contact us for more information.

DO YOU ALLOW WEDDINGS OR EVENTS?

-Very small weddings, attended only by those staying in the cabin are allowed, but no tables or chairs or other equipment is allowed to be set up on the property.  Events involving guests outside of the cabin are not allowed.  Please contact us for more information.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT, CAN WE CHECK IN EARLY?

-Standard check-in time for all of our cabins is 4 p.m.  Check-out time is 10 a.m.  We offer early check-in only if the cabin is unoccupied the day before your check-in.  If it is vacant and ready for check-in, you will receive a text 24 hours prior to your stay alerting you that early check-in is available for a fee.  We are not able to guarantee early check-in more than 24 hours prior to your stay as it is possible we may get a last minute booking.  If it is imperative that you check in early, please consider booking the night before to guarantee early access.  

HOW MUCH PARKING IS AVAILABLE?

-Each cabin varies.  All parking is free. Parking information is explained in each propertty description.  All cabins except for Cowboy Corral are able to accommodate most RV's.  All cabins can accommodate between 4-10 cars/trucks.

WILL THE HOT TUB BE HOT WHEN WE ARRIVE?

-All of our hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned and refilled prior to each guest check-in.  Bromine is added upon refilling.  If a check-out occurred the day of your arrival, it is possible the hot tub might still be heating and not at full temperature upon your arrival.  Each cabin has a container of bromine for guests to add if necessary.

DO THE CABINS HAVE FIRE PITS?

-Cadillac Creek and Holly Jolly have a backyard with a wood burning fire pit.  Firewood is available at stores nearby.  Holiday Springs, Cowboy Corral and Hillsong Heaven feature a propane fire pit.  Propane is provided.  Cowboy Corral has a propane line hooked to the fire pit.
