CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 A.M.
1. Please put all dishes in the dishwasher and turn on.
2. Put all used towels in the laundry room and throw in one load of towels to wash please. LEAVE SHEETS ON THE BEDS.
3. Bag up all trash and put in containers in the trash shed next to the wheelchair ramp. Please do not leave any trash sitting outside.
4. If you used the grill or blackstone, please clean off grates, cover and turn off gas valve.
5. Turn off all lights and TVs. Be sure and lock all doors and windows. There are three doors to lock, the front door, the back door and the basement. To lock from the outside, hit the "Yale" button.
6. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK EVERYWHERE FOR YOUR BELONGINGS, DRAWERS, CABINETS, CLOSETS, DRYER, ETC. If you request our cleaner ship something back, there is a $50 charge, plus the cost of shipping/packaging from the UPS store.
7. Please do NOT turn off heat or air. Please set heat at 65 in winter, or air at 75 in the summer. There are four thermostats: Living room, kitchen, silent night room and theater in basement.

9. The security deposit HOLD on your credit card will be released automatically within 3 days of your departure assuming house rules were followed and there are no damages.
